BitKeep has recently added a BRC-20 token ranking feature to its multi-chain web3 wallet. This ranking provides real-time data like token price changes, the top gaining and losing tokens in the past 24 hours, number of token holders, and trading volume. This makes it easier for mobile phone users to engage with the Bitcoin ecosystem. The ranking currently covers the top 100 most popular BRC-20 tokens.
In an interview, BitKeep revealed that by May, all BitKeep Wallet users will be able to create and import Taproot BTC addresses on their devices. They will also be able to manage BRC-20 token deposits and withdrawals as well as Bitcoin NFTs. BitKeep has been monitoring new protocols like BRC-21 to provide diversified support that meets market trends and user requirements.
BitKeep’s roadmap for 2023 foresees a rebranding as the Bitget Wallet. This comes after BitKeep received a $30 million investment from Bitget, a crypto derivatives platform, and joined Bitget’s ecosystem of financial and web3 products. The rebranding will include a new logo, infrastructure security upgrades, and technical updates to integrate BitKeep into Bitget’s wider ecosystem.
