NVIDIA is confirmed to release the Resizable BAR on RTX 30 graphics, thanks to the effort and collaboration of processor manufacturers AMD and Intel (as well as many motherboard vendors). ReBAR support requires compatible hardware, the latest driver (456.89+), and graphics card firmware to update.
ReBAR on GeForce RTX 30 graphics cards can increase performance by up to 12%, according to NVIDIA. In any case, it is said that this percentage has been used by NVIDIA for marketing purposes. The less optimistic gaming community expects the performance improvement to reach at least 5% or even more with the RTX 3080 at 1440p resolution.

NVIDIA has expanded support for Resizable BAR in new games. The list of supported games has visibly grown since the last update. There are currently 17 titles that support ReBAR and NVIDIA confirms that more titles with new drivers will be added in the future.

How to enable Resizable BAR on RTX 30 charts
The GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card does not require any changes, this was the only model that received ReBAR support out of the box. However, other graphics cards will require firmware updates. If we have an NVIDIA Founders Edition, we must download a special tool directly from NVIDIA. Those who own Partner Cards (AIC) will need to go to their websites and find the tool that works for their graphics cards.
Steps to follow
Please confirm you have a motherboard with a compatible CPU and chipset (see below).
Update the SBIOS motherboard, if necessary, by installing an update from the manufacturer. Then enable Resizable BAR support in your motherboard BIOS interface.
Update to the latest GeForce Game Ready driver (version 465.89 WHQL at the time of writing, released March 30, 2021) or later.
If you have a GeForce RTX 3060, you’re good to go. If you have a GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, 3070, 3080, or 3090, you may need an updated VBIOS.
For an NVIDIA Founders Edition graphics card, obtain the VBIOS update tool directly from the NVIDIA website.
Verify that Resizable BAR is enabled in the NVIDIA or Tec Powerup GPU-Z control panel.
